Information regarding the presence of substances or products that may cause allergies or intolerances is available in the allergen book, which can be requested from our staff.

• All activities are carried out within the same building; therefore, cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out, even for foods that do not contain allergens in their formulation and/or recipe.
• All fish and seafood products used are blast-chilled at source or on our premises, or sourced from frozen, deep-frozen or defrosted products. They are suitable for raw or semi-raw consumption in accordance with EC Regulation 853/2004 and current food safety regulations. This process ensures the highest food safety standards, particularly for raw or semi-raw consumption, as required by law.
• Out-of-season vegetables and potatoes are frozen or deep-frozen.
